Maybe you would just like to update your existing kitchen with new cabinets, flooring and appliances?  Karl can also walk you through the planning and design phase to see how you currently use the space and if it makes sense to create a new flow.  A lot of times, the appliances are not in a convenient part of the kitchen and walls sometimes cut off the kitchen from the rest of the living space.

Perhaps it's time for a luxurious update to the bathroom?  For other clients, Karl has installed a barrier-free shower with a heated bench as well as heated floors, soaking tubs, floating cabinets with motion-activated nightlights underneath, and a real river rock floor in the shower.

When upgrading your home don't overlook the master bedroom!  Karl can install crown molding details, bigger windows or even a bump-out, better lighting, or new flooring.  For one homeowner's bedroom the floor was notoriously cold, so Karl sealed and insulated it before putting the new flooring in.  Just another attention to detail!

Are you considering making better use of your yard?  Maybe a patio cover, a deck or a garden shed will make your outdoor space complete.  Karl's experience includes work on a custom, pentagon-shaped patio cover.  On another project, Karl built a deck with custom handrails and lights built into the stair risers but using low voltage to reduce light pollution as per the homeowner's request.
